Today is the first day of Segment 2, Buenos Aires to Valparaiso, Chile. This morning Stephen disembarked the ship at 9:00 am heading for the Alvear Palace Hotel where he will spend the night. Tomorrow, he will begin his flight home.
Maria, who has spent the last three nights at the Alvear Palace came on board around 3:00 pm. Her luggage arrived around 5:00 pm. Being hungry, we went to the Grill and she got a light lunch. There was a life boat drill for the guests coming on board at 5:30 pm. We did not explore the ship today, leaving that for tomorrow.
We finally pulled away from dock around 7:00 pm.
Tomorrow we will dock at Montevideo, Uruguay for the day.
